Default VPN-1 Gateway does not have enough remote access licenses

We have just upgraded our firewall from F55 to F65. Now our secureclients cannot connect to the new firewall as it returns an error message saying "vpn-1 gateway does not have enough remote access licenses".

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Default Re: VPN-1 Gateway does not have enough remote access licenses

Can you confirm that is Secure Client or Secure Remote, I ask as a lot of people use them interchangably.

When you did the upgrade, I am presuming that you used the Check Point NGX Upgrade/Export Tools to do this.

Do you have all of the SecureClient licenses upgraded to NGX and attached to the SMARTCenter? This is usually what I forget to do
