| I have a 100-hosts license and I've noticed some warnings saying too many internal hosts (125) detected How long does Checkpoint keeps a host in its database? What are the implications of too many hosts? I havent heard anyone complaining (yet). Does Checkpoint stop adding host in its database after 100 and any addresses not in the database doesn't get access? Thanks |

| As far as I am aware there is not time out on the hosts. You can clear the table by; VPN-1 Pro NGX Type the command fw tab -t host_table -x (to clear entries in the host_table table). Reply with a "yes" to the question "are you sure?" You may have a slow down in traffic being passed the firewall if you exceed the license. Also check the conf/external.if has the correct external interface name. G. |
