License Problem

i have NGX license Check Point Express - VPN-1 Express Gateway for 50 Users and SmartCenter Express for 1 Site, when i try to open EventiaReporter it give license error massege:
license violation:
there are licenses for 0 getways but the registred getway count is 1.
Either add more licenses or register specific getway. (E90200).

and in smartdishboard i can't see the map
please help

I don't think Checkpoint Express includes smartmap and Eventia Reporter. You need buy additional license for them.
