UTM vs Power - whats the difference?

I'm a little vague on this. For enterprise licenses, whats the difference between UTM and Power?

For example.
License for Power Gateway includes SecureXL and Floodgate Llicenses (UTM doesn't include).
License for UTM includes Antivirus license (Power doesn't include).
