Hi all, do you have the same symptom? Got a few customers having this error when importing the New License file generated by UserCenter recently that prohibited the user from login to SmartDashboard. The license could attach to SC and gateway perfectly. 30-day Eval key works normal. R60-with HFA04. Any ideas? thank Nick Last edited by NickBrandson; 2007-01-09 at 19:14.

Search the checkpoints knowledgebase for cp.macro.

hmmm not sure if it's goping to work the error I recvive is diffrent i see: cpmp-sct-3-ng ....on a R61 setup. I have feeling I just need to change the version to NGX and this might work? any ideas cheers

my memory is bad but i think r61 was released before the UTM "hype" and is based on old hfa_version of the r60, so i don't think new updated cp.macro is in r61.

I appear to have a similar problem but the licence is CPMP-SCP-5-NGX. Not an upgrade, this is a new build, but as soon as I installed this licence I couldn't connect to Smart Dashboard and the error message from cplic print on SPLAT is Warning: Can't find ::CPMP-SCP-5-NGX in cp.macro. License version might be not compatible So it all tallies with original post (I have HFA_04 installed). But I've searched high and low in the Knowledge Base on the CP site, and I can't find any cp.macro files to download. The most relevant thing I can find tells me the problem was fixed in HFA_03 and I should upgrade to that. But as I have HFA_04 installed, I don't believe this is the answer... If anyone can give me an insight in to how to find this file, I would be most grateful... Cheers.
