Default licensing issue

im trying to setup a distributed NGX test system. My SGateway is unable to load a policy when i attach a license to it. I installed a local lic on my smartserver and on the SG i installed a central lic. Theres only 1 ip (private) attached to both servers. Would i need to call support to change one of the ips??

You must install central license on SmartCenter and local license on SGate, not vice versa.

No, using central licenses is the correct way to do it. Local licenses are the old method (4.1).

You should have a license for management attached to your SmartCenter Server, and another central license for an enforcement module imported into SmartUpdate, then attached to the remote module.

Just a thought - you do have NGX licenses, right? Not NG?
