Default a couple of licence q's..

hi all, please help a newbie out!

I have 2 sites running checkpoint, 1 is NGFP3 and 1 is NG+AI R54..both these sites have valid software subscriptions..

1. can i upgrade both these to NG+AI R55 with existing licencing?
2. if yes to 1 could i go a step further and change both OS platforms from W2K to W2K3? if so how, do i just need to update the platform info on UserCentre and download new licence?
3. the NGFP3 firewall currently has a FloodGate licence, however we really could do with this module working at the site running NG+AI R55..is it possible to transfer a licence from one IP to another, and somehow uninstall Floodgate and install on the other firewall? Or do i need a new floodgate licence?

On a similar topic, for testing purposes i have built a second NG+AI R54 firewall on W2K to keep identical with existing one..i managed to do the auto import which pulled across the existing policy, users, etc etc..all good. All of the licence information pulled across too, however our secure client 100 user licence although showing in SmartUpdate on the test firewall, if i look in SmartStatus it shows Policy server as Ok but no 100 user licence info..this licence is "local" which im assuming is "local" to the server its on? does this mean if our main firewall died and i had to switch to this test i wouldnt have any remote users running secure client?

Default Re: a couple of licence q's..

1) yes
2) yes (doesnt really matter what it says as comment on usercenter)
3) ip that license is issued to is changed via usercenter.

ps. Would recommend you to use central licensing in future, much easier to keep track of and less work if you change ip#.
