No licence for VPN

I am trying to setup a site to site VPN and have run into a few issues.

I have Check Point NGX R60 on a Nokia IP560.

The SmartView Tracker has errors on the key install stating the below:

The SmartUpdate has the following for the lic.:

PVP-VEE-U-3DES-MGMT-NGX CPMP-PRO-U-NGX CPMP-CXL-HA-U-NGX CPMP-SMPO-NGX

When I push a policy I get the following on the Nokia command line:

kernel: VPN-1: ERROR: No license for encryption, disabling encryption features

If I then do a cplic print i get the following:

Host Expiration Features
IP address never CPFW-FM-U-NGX CPMP-PPK-1-NGX CK-999002903FF4

Can someone help me?

You don't have attached encryption license on your module. Attach PVP-VEE-U-3DES-MGMT-NGX to module.
