Default NGX R61 License
I have NGX R60 Express 1 site 50 user license. I just received my R61 Cd, do I need to upgrade my license to R61 or I can just use the R60 license.

You can use your NGX license.
"NGX R60 and later products do not require a license upgrade." - from Upgrade guide.
