Windows 2000 platform
NG with AI (r54) build 289

I have an Enterprise Software Subscription for Check Point Express - VPN-1 Express Gateway for 500 Users and SmartCenter Express for 5 Sites

but no Support subscription.



Am I licensed to apply patch SHF_HFA_417.win32.zip - I was able to download the patch but am unsure if our license covers the hotfix??

IMHO, if your CP with existent license worked without HFA, it will be work with any HFA. If i rightly remember, you need subscribtion only for download and access to SecureKnowledge.

Your license will not be affected with the hotfix that you are running. The license is for the "major" build. It doesn't matter what hotfix you put on after, it will still work.
