Default Missing ISP Redundancy page!!

Hi All,

I have a situation here, i have Provider-1 running NGX, and looking at a CMA, in the Cluster object, Topology> ISP redundancy page is missing, and this is the case for other
CMA running NGX. the specified OS is ipso, which is supported by NGX

any ideas?

Hi,

I don't have any experience with P1 but in a "normal" setup:

Make sure that you selected the right "OS Type" in the "general tab" of your gateway object.
By default this is "Unknown OS" and this doesn't allow you to use ISP redundancy (neither does Solaris or Windows).

maybe first define 2 external nics? but don't really think that it helps

I ran into this problem myself. I don't have Provider-1, but perhaps the solution will work for you as well.

I edited my Gateway object and changed the OS to SecurePlatform Pro and then closed the object.

I then re-edited the object and changed back to the original OS and the ISP redundancy page has returned.

Somekinda bug I guess.
