Default ISP Redundancy on w2k machine

Is ISP redundancy is not supported for windows platform? We have checkpoint NG AI on a w2k machine and the isp redundancy is working great but, the only problem is that when turn on isp redundancy the VPN user will not able to access our internal network. They get an error message of gateway not responding. Check point was not able help us cause we don’t have support with them.

From Firewall and SmartDefence guide:
"ISP Redundancy is supported on VPN-1 Pro NG with Application Intelligence (R55) enforcement modules or higher, on the following platforms:
• Red Hat Linux 7.2 or higher.
• SecurePlatform.
• IPSO"
