Introduction

Hello All!

I'm Mike Fife, a technical consultant in the North of England. I am responsible for some aspects of IT for a local council.

I have AD, Exchange, some UNIX and neworking experience and I am being lumbered with the aging checkpoint firewall that is in use here.

I have joined specifically because my Checkpoint knowledge is pretty scant and frankly this box scares me rigid.

I hope that I can get the information I need to help me on my way from here and I would like to be able to offer help to others in the areas I know.
