Yet another relative newbie

Hallo. I'm Zimmie, and I just started playing with Check Point's software about eight months ago. Got my E+ a few days back.

I can be kind of impatient when it comes to waiting on answers from authorities on a subject, so I tend to figure out things on my own. This is what happened with route-based VPNs. Apparently Check Point has been marketing them decently, so I was asked to figure out how to set them up. Rather than pay for Professional Services to come out and set them up for us, I just spent a day bashing away at it in a lab environment.

As for why I registered, it was actually mostly to post an answer to a question I saw. I'll probably lurk a lot, popping up every now and then to share what I've learned or help people out.

Finally, I hate that the signature editor thinks that it's smarter than I am when it comes to formatting things. ;-)
