Hi All

New to the board. I used Checkpoint at work and help resolve alot of my co-workers issues with this software, so I figured I would look around and maybe offer some advice

I have been in Networking and Network Security for approx 20yrs. I am a programmer as well and do system validation within the Pharmaceutical Industry

I hope I can assist at some point with some questions

Pharma.. hugh.. How did you validate your Firewall?

I also work for a medtech-company and have to do some FDA-ready documentation (Part11)

It's pretty complicated to issue a change request for every minor-rule-change.
I had also some communication issues (osi-layer 8, politics) with our quality stuff..
(try to explain firewalling to a QM-employee that has absolutely no technical background.. grmpf.. )
What is your experience?
