Default ICMP allow problem in ""EXCEPTION"" at Checkpoint Interspect 610

I am having a problem with the Checkpoint Interspect 610configuration that’s why I want to get your advice.

We have two Datacenter [ Production Site & Disaster Recovery Site (DRS) ]. We are using Double-Take solution for DRS. Double-Take itself count its heart beat by ICMP protocol from Production site. I didn't get TCP/UDP solution for it. However, I need now to assign ping request between two zones.
We successfully created each zone (according to VLAN ) in Interspect-610 Devices at both site. Each zone is configured to consider the known TCP/UDP ports and other ports request automatically discarded by ""EXCEPTION"".

and everything is working fine except Ping. I can't ping one zone (server sites/production) to another zone ((server sites/DRS). I didn't get any option in ""EXCEPTION"" for PING or ICMP. All contain TCP/UDP port. Is there solution to allow PING or ICMP between two zones by using ""EXCEPTION""

I tried to communicate Checkpoint company but thing is that we didn't purchase support service from Checkpoint that’s why they are not answering my question. I will be very happy, if you kindly reply my mail.

Best Regards,
