Default Expert Password Recovery

Afternoon, all. Waiting for support to get back to me but thought I'd post this while waiting. Is there a different procedure for recovering the "expert" password on an Interspect box? Thank!

Same as any SPLAT box. Basicly boot in single user mode from a linux cd, mount the Interspect's "/"; delete the root password from /etc/shadow.

Nope, you need physical access to the system.
