Default Issues with Secureclient and Symantec Endpoint

I am having trouble using Secureclient and Symantec endpoint (11.0.1000.1375). Without endpoint installed I can create sites fine and connect to them. However once it is installed I am unable to connect. Symantec say on their support site it was a know issue and that it was fixed in MR-1, which apparently is built into the version I have, but it still doesn't work.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Default Re: Issues with Secureclient and Symantec Endpoint

Hi, have you tried to disable the symantec endpoint when you install the securemote? Have you permitted registry changes when installing?? When you install, any errors???

Or the other way is to uninstall it..

I have had a few customers having issues with av or esp. some firewall.. like Comodo, when installing, registry changes is not permited and no log was displayed.. the installation had errors...
