InfoWorkSpace problem

All,

I'm having an odd problem with InfoWorkSpace going through my firewalls when I reload the rulebase. I have a R55 HFA_18 cluster setup in HA mode and when I reload the rulebase it will boot all of the clients out of their session. Has anyone seen anything like this before. FYI if you didn't know InfoWorkSpace is a telecon/collaboration tool.
