Default Installing extra rpms on SecurePlatform

I would like to install logwatch and vixie-cron rpms on ngx r62. Has anybody else done this before? Will it work? Any generic i386 rpm should work? Thanks for any help or experiences you can add.

You can install RPMS, as long as you don't get into too much of a dependency hell.

Look for ones compiled for Redhat ES 3.0, or the equivalent WhiteBox/CentOS version.
