Default MGET command not working through VPN

Hi Guys,

I have a safe@office (my end) box which we use to have a VPN tunnel with a Checkpoint FW1 (remote end). The tunnel is established and working well.

When a remote user tries to access an FTP server via a Browser he is able to perform all regular functions.

However when a remote end user tries to access the SAME FTP server at my end by running command prompt commands, he gets stuck and can't execute mget command.

When I look at SmartDefense parameters on my side on the Safe@office, I don't see MGET as a possible allowed command.

A few questions:

a) Any ideas why the Safe@office is blocking an mget command?
b) Is there a way to get past it?

Please help.
