Default Compatibility package is not properly installed or configured.

Trying to remote manage SafeNet X's with Dashboard NG and receive the following error when applying policies:

Compatibility package is not properly installed or configured.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

I have the same error when I tried to push a VPN1-Edge policy from the SmartDashboard....

If someone knows an issue to this problem, please send me a message!

make sure that Backward Compatibility package is installed where needed. Depends little on the version could be as well CPEdgecmp folder in newer versions in /opt folder, u dont have libsw folder/files. That is the most likely problem for you.
