| Deactivating NGX, then deleting the package file from the Nokia box followed by ftp'ing the file back across, unpacking and enabling it will definitely work. Bit of a pain though. I wonder if reinstalling the Smart Center Server (in distributed mode) then attaching the 15 day evaluation license back to the Nokia via Smart Update would work (it would definitely work if you had a 30 day evaluation license file). |

| Thanks for the help. I decided to de-activate and delete and re-add the packages. Not a bad thing to pratice when your getting started. I don't know yet know to do the SIC reset yet. I will try in another 15 days. |

| 'SIC reset' I assume would refer to running cpconfig at the command line and changing the activation key, thereby resetting SIC (most easily done via a serial connection to the Nokia box). However this would not reactivate the trial 15 day period to the best of my knowledge. Regards, ddarby1 |
