Default NGX upgraded smartcenter

After using the command line tool to import config's, the error that is received "failed to import the files of the production machine". Using the debug command it said it couldn't copy CPSHARED files.

What command did you use to export the data? Was it $FWDIR/bin/upgrade_tools/upgrade_export, the export from the <old version> CD, the export from the NGX cd? What was the old version? Did you have any errors during the export? How does disk space look? How did you transfer the exported file? What permissions are on the CPSHARED directory from the old SmartCenter server? What OS was the old SmartCenter server, what OS is the new SmartCenter server?

Check the dependencies.c file. In new installations the file appears to be installed as read only.
