Newbie: Load module failed after insert license

Hi all,

I am newbie for installing checkpoint, I have configured 2 box nokia ip 390 flash based as active-standby with 1 smartcenter. the FW running well with trial
license. then I put the license with capability:
FW1. CPMP-HVPG-XL-NGX CPVP-VPS-1-NGX
FW2. CPMP-VPG-XL-NGX CPVP-VPS-1-NGX
SmartCenter: CPMP-SCPRO-U-NGX

After the license inserted, when install policy on each gateway the error appear
on the FW2:

Load on Module failed - failed to load Security Policy

Anybody can help?
