Default Downgrading from R65 to R62

I am new to Checkpoint but was able to upgrade 4 IP560 appliances (flash based) from R62 to R65. I then learn from the group that will be managing the firewalls that their provider version is R62 and it will be some time before they can upgrade and that I need to downgrade to R62. Is it possible to downgrade and if so what are the steps for doing so?

Thanks,
Donald

Default Re: Downgrading from R65 to R62

From what I remember about IPSO it should be just about the same as an upgrade, you'll need to upload the R62 package to the device and then deactivate R65 and activate R62. I don't have exact steps since I haven't done it in quite some time, the Checkpoint docs usually have information about downgrading in them, it may pay to look them over.
