Default Firewall down After R62 - R65 Upgrade

Hi

We have just attempted an upgrade to R65 from R62.
Initially we upgraded the IPSO and tested it - 4.2 build 78.
We then deleted the old IPSO wrapper and then upgrade
via voyager Gui to R65 fW Package.

However we are now unable access voyager - we have tried
rebooting but when we do the R65 Installation is failing and
we can see this on the CLI.
We would like to revert to R62 but need to find a way to force the
Firewall to do this - i have the CLI list of commands open in
the guide but there doesnt seem to be a way to force the FW
to boot from R62 so at least we get access to Voyager back
and our firewall working again.
ANY HELP - gratefully accepted !!!

Steve

This is maybe a stupid question but did you upgrade your licence.

I have no experience with ipso. Have you made a full system backup before the upgrade if so can’t you restore it.
