Export rulebase to import into new firewall?

I need to move just the rule base from one r65 checkpoint to another. Is this doable without brining over topology and other information.

create new g/w objects / cluster object on management station and install existing policy onto new g/w

use the cp_merge tool to export the policy package and import into the other R65 gateway.

You will need the objects in the rulebase created in there. You can either merge all of the objects_5_0.C file or manually create the necessary objects.
