| I have a new SPLAT box (Dell 2950III) with 8Gb of RAM. When I issue the command grep MemTotal /proc/meminfo MemTotal: 8305396 kB RawMemTotal: 9175040 kB I can see all 8Gb of RAM, but in SmartView Monitor I only see 3.92Gb of RAM (Total Real Memory). Is this a limitation of Checkpoint to utilize >4Gb of RAM? A 32Bit vs 64Bit thing? I'm running R65/2.6 Any info would be appreciated. Thanks |

On a SmartCenter or Eventia, it a different story, they can make a use of all the memory you stuff into them. |
