Default New upgrade tools released for R65 HFA01 and HFA02
Upgrade_export on VPN-1 Power/UTM and or Provider-1 NGX R65 HFA_01 & HFA_02 fails with error: "Unable to read local configuration info"

The files are available from the article page and you have to be on HFA02 to use it.

So would these be used for exporting a config from say R55, R6x if looking to upgrade to NGX R65 or just for exporting from R65 HFA02 servers.

It's actually a hotfix, not individual files, so it must be R65-specific. I didn't have any issues creating upgrade_exports on R65 but then it stopped creating version backups. After I installed it, I could make backups again. We'll see how long that lasts...
