| Hello I have downloaded the latest Hot fix to my management server and have run the pre-install verifier on my Nokia IP390 gateways, both come back saying that they are compatible. However when i click on the status report it says one has gateway has insufficient disk space on the /opt. I have web browse to the gateway and done a print screen of the disk space. How do i free up space and how come the other gateway isn't reporting spaced issue. Is it a log issue. | Fixed the problem. Firstly i had multiple backup stored on the gateways as the FTP process didn't seem to be working correctly. Saved the backups to my PC and then deleted the backups. The backups where 70 meg in size so it didn't take that many to fill the disks. Secondly from the voyager menu, system configuration i found that i had and multiple IPSO files and some documentation files that i didn't need. Deleted these which has fixed the problem, now when i run the hot fix pre-verifier it works ok. Top tip after the pre-verifier has completed click on the status to show all the checks it does, in my case i thought it was succesful as it didn't warn you and it was only when i went through the status checks did i notice the disk space error. |
