Error: Connection Refused after Upgrading



After upgrading the management station from 4.1 to ng you get "connection refused" after installing the policy. you have renewed the keys by the putkey command and tried all other hint (erasing conf-files...). one more solution is to change the encryption-method from skey to fwa1 in the control.map on mgmt and fwmodule.

after that loading the policy works fine.
