MLM Installation

We installed the MLM software on a Solaris 8 SPARC machine, configured it in Provider-1, and pushed the 10 unit MLM license to it. I then created a CLM in Provider-1 and assigned it to this MLM. If we look at the MLM, it shows the virtual IP address that I made up when I created the CLM in Provider-1, but when I try to open Smarttracker, I get an error that it is either not running, or I'm not defined as a GUI client.

Doing a mds_status on this MLM, I only see the IP of the MLM, not the IP of the CLM I created. Am I missing a step here?
