Default Upgrade from NG FP3 to NGX R62 problem

We are migrating the configuration of a Smartcenter FP3 to a NGX62 one. We execute the upgrade_export file on the FP3 machine and the upgrade_import on the NGX62 machine. All works fine and no error message appears on the execution of the scripts. But when we try to open the smartdashboard NGX62 after loading the rules it crashes without any error message. The application simply exits without any further information. We have tried the exported configuration in another NGX62 smartcenter with the same result..

Since we have migrated two more machines with the same scenario, we only can think that there is some kind of configuration in the FP3 smarcenter that doesn^t work on the NGX62.

Some suggestions?

Regards

Did you run the pre-upgrade verifier? It will tell you what may break things.
