Default Problems Upgrading from R55 to R62 - Provider1/Smartdashboard

We have run into issues upgrading our Provider-1 from R55 to R62. It is on Solaris 8 and this is done on a test server. When I go into the licenses on one of my MDS, it has both a NG and a NGX license. When I try to remove the NG license, it runs for about 5 minutes, but won't let me remove it. The upgrade_license tool was run with success.

When I go into SmartUpdate and try to detach the license there, I get "SVN Foundation is not installed".

Any ideas?

Sounds like a bad install. Did you replicate the environment and then upgrade? or install and use the upgrade import?

Try running a mdsstat / cmsstat and see what the status is of the environment.
