Error with upgrade_import

Hi everyone

i have a Nokia appliance with ipso 4.1 and just upgraded from R60 to R61, both of them were/are Standalone installations

before the upgrade i downloaded the upgrade_export tool names "upgrade to R61", i ran this utility on the appliance and got a tgz file wich i tranfered to an ftp server.

then applyed the update, the applyance now have R61, but when i run the upgarde_import utility it gives an error that says:

Failed to read the configuration info of the production machine

does anybody know why is giving this error? how to fix it?

(1) quit all your dashboard, tracker, monitor
(2) take a look at the $FWDIR/tmp folder
(3) delete any files when you see something beneath the tmp
