Default R62 Stability

Hello,

My company is currently running R60 Windows/SPLAT HFA05. I've been told by several other people in my area that there are some instability issues with R62 running on the gateway.

Can anyone confirm or deny this? What is your experience?

Default Re: R62 Stability

I think your best bet would be to look at the R60 HFA05 release notes. R62 is at a hotfix level that is the same as R60 HFA04. There are too many different variations (operating system, clustered, etc.) that could be in play to make a general stability statement. I think R62 has been out since October and I haven't read anything bad (yet).

R61 and R62 were primarily management improvements. If you need them, you could move the SmartCenter to R62 and leave the enforcement module where it is.

Or you could go to R65, which is supposed to be at the same hotfix level as R60 HFA05.
