Default Unix build R55 Standalone

Okay I just wanted to check to make sure this would be the correct steps to move R55 Standalone unix box to a distributed setup. Plus I would like to upgrade to R61. Then ditch the Unix box for a Nokia box

1. Setup a Checkpoint SmartCenter server (Would this need to match Host and IP of the old unix box)

2. Do all the normal backups
3. use cp merge to export object's and rulebase.
4. use cp merge to import to new firewall mgmt server
5. Do i need to do anything else to the mgmt??? or is CP merge the wrong tool.
6. Configure rulebase to by changing Firewall module object to gateway
and change all firewall products config,Change logs/masters to new mgmt.
7. Now i get the Nokia box ready IPSO, same public ip , R61 and routes etc.
8. Ditch the unix slap the Nokia in place same IP etc.
9. Config SIC and push a policy.

Does that sound about right or am I barking up the wrong tree?

cheers
