Nokia IP530 Rebuild - CheckPoint NGX R61

Does anyone know of any or have any good docs on building a IP530 from scratch. I have a corrupt box and need to format and start from scratch and install CP NGX R61.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

do u have boot manager intact? is it just ipso thats screwed? If yes, then boot into bootmanager in start and type install, with this you can via ftp for example install new fresh image which will wipe old ipso config
