Default Upgrade_export and certificates

Good day to all
Just a quick question that I wanted to verify, does upgrade_export include the certificates also? I am guessing yes, but would like to verify.

We are doing an upgrade from NG FP3 to NGX R60 on the network, and while waiting for hardware to come I have been playing around in a test environment.
After restoring the configuration (using backup_import) to a lab test system, it looks like everything should work (There are certificates, etc) however the lab system can not be connected to the internet so we can not test the VPNs.

I am not too worried about VPN connections which are using Preshared keys, however one is using certificates.

Also, would there be any other potential issues of doing an upgrade of this type? R60 has been installed onto the fresh computer, and upgrade_import used to import the checkpoint data. Is there a better way of doing the upgrade? (though, there were no errors in doing this, and policy data seems to have been imported correctly)
