upgrade_import fail

hi All.
I try move NGX62 to new server and receive error when upgrade_import runing on fresh Windows2003 SmartCenterServer.
(export and import utilites from CD ngx62)

What do I do not correctly? Somebody can help me?

Check to make sure %CPDIR% and %FWDIR% are set correctly and that you don't have a corrupted export file.
