IP650 setup

I received a hand me down ip650 yesterday.

I was wanting to know how to start from scratch with a new ipso image. Which level of ipso would you use to ensure future upgrades went well?

What version of voyager is the latest?

Are there any concerns with the new daylight savings on this model or the 530?
