FWD wont initialize after R60 HFA_4

I am running a pair of IP530 devices on IPSO 4.0. I recently updated Checkpoint to the R60 HFA_4 and now I am showing a Problem in Smartview monitor.

Under Cluster XL the Problem Notification Table is showing that FWD in stuck in initializing status on both boxes.
I am also seeing this in Tracker:
