Failed to Load Security Policy: No Valid FM License

I am performing a fresh installation of NG FP3 on Nokia IP330 with firewall manager on Windows. I have installed local license on Nokia module for NG FP3which is bound to external IP. But when I execute cpstart command on the module it gives me the below error message

Failed to Load Security Policy: No Valid FM License
fwread_move_ex: cannot open /opt/CPfw1-50-03/state/local/FW1.tmp/local.fwrl.conf
Failed to Load Security Policy: No Valid FM License
Fetching Security Policy from localhost failed

When I remove the license the firewall runs fine with evaluation license of 15 days. I received the oroginal license from Checkpoint. Any help appreciated.

is your firewall object in smartdashboard configured with main address external??

Yes, I have defined firewall object with the external IP. The error I am getting is on the Firewall Module when I execute cpstart command.

After you install the license do a cplic print and make sure the info in the license is what you think it is.

CPLIC Print command displays the license information properly with its IP address and signature.

In that case you can try two things:

1. from the usercenter regenerate and download the license

2. Call licensing for help.

It sounds like there is a problem with the license. It doesn't happen often but I have seen it happen.

Yes, I called up licensing it was a mistake. It was not a module license rather Remote Office license. Thank You
