I tried to figure out the best place for this post, but couldn't really find a good home for it. Is there any documenation on how the User Center works as far as licenses go. I'm just looking for an explanation as to how it works and how Checkpoint bills according to what have listed in there. I'm in the process of trying to figure out what user center accounts I need to consolidate. Any link, doc, name, phone number would be helpful. Thanks!

Your best bet is probably to talk to a reseller. Licensing/Support agreements (which is what this seems to be about, not User Center per se) get pretty complicated.

All product in a given UC is covered by the same support contract and service level. It is very common to have licenses that are not in use moved into a separate UC with just software subscription (licenses under subscription can be used for trade-in/upgrades at 80% of value vs 30%). Now the big advantage of consolidation is that the larger the account the lower of the % you pay for support
