| I upgraded from R61 to R62, I am getting this error when I try to re-establish SIC. The steps I have taken are: 1. cpstop, fwm sic_reset 2. cpstart 3. verify everything is good [communication to the three FW's is untrusted] 4. From SPLAT NGX R60 244, web int, reinit SIC [never get a verify] 5. From FW manager, SmartDash, reset SIC on FW object 6. Message "failed to connect the module" Thanks ChucK Last edited by shukae; 2006-11-21 at 13:44. Reason: added more info |
