VPN-1 Edge XU Installation

We are planning to procure VPN-1 Edge XU appliance for site installation. Could you help me to get relevant documentation on installing this device .

Also could you let me know if the installation is similar to those of other IP series platforms or does it differ?

Do you mean different Edge models?
It doesn't matter which appliance (XU, X32, X16 or X8) you install. Configuration of Edges is similar.
