TRying a fresh install of NGX R61 onto flash IP 390 using IPSO 4.1 . Newpkg from cli goes fine....then cpconfig kicks in after a relogin....then a reboot and the firewall process doesnt start. Packages are active in voyager and env variables are created... Get log message: "cannot find file /opt/CPsuite_R61/fw1/MANIFEST Then cpconfig no longer recognised etc etc Can someone please help ! .. have tried SecureKnowledge DB and the CPUG forums...no similar issues. Thanks.

Quick question - did you use the package for flash-based platforms? The MANIFEST messages are usually related to a packaging issue, and don't normally matter. You can stop them if you know what you're doing with dbget/dbset. Read the Nokia KB on that. You said that the environment variables are set, but "cpconfig no longer recognised" - do you mean that if you run cpconfig, it is not found, because the PATH is not set properly? Or that you get some other message?

Thanks for the response. I didnt recognise that the comprehensive wrapper package was specific to flash, or that one existed...I'll check on the CP website. Also, $CPDIR had been created, but none of the firewall processes were running post reboot....so no cpconfig, fw or cp commands. The error message from cpconfig was command not found...I'm not totally sure if this was a PATH issue, I'll investigate further and post again.
