Default R61 HFA1 error

I have an R60 SPLAT gateway running on an IBM 345 that I am trying to upgrade. When I try the upgrade on 2 of my lab machines (also IBM 345s), I get an error. I apply full upgrade to get to R61 and reboot. No problem there. When I apply the HFA1 patch, the install completes successfully and I reboot again. When it comes back up, just before the username prompt is presented, the following message is displayed: "Activate Kernel Crash Dump Subsystem: FAILED". The gateway seems to work OK, but messages like that make me uneasy. Any ideas an what this could be? I can't deploy live until I get a better understanding of whats up.
Thanks!

If all of the NICs and RAID controllers are on the HCL (http://www.checkpoint.com/products/s...eplatform.html) then I would open a call. Unless you're running in debug mode, you should not see kernel dumps.
