Default Checkpoint Database

What's the name of the user database file name in NGX? is it objects.c under $FWDIR\database directory?

No.

Network objects are in $FWDIR/conf/objects_5_0.C.

Users are (IIRC) in $FWDIR/conf/fwauth.NDB. It's not a text file. You need to use fwm dbexport to export them into a readable format.
